word wrap in the grids

We are using Componentone webgrids for our website. One of the problems with these grids is the data in the columns wrap when the grid has a scroll bar even though we specify not to wrap. Because of this the grids look ugly. So after searching how to disable this word wrap in our grids I found this nice article in codeproject which gave me a hint on how to avoid word wrap. I am posting this so that people who are having the same problem will benefit from this reading. We have also researched several other third party developers for webgrids.
